This new home is perfectly located at Sumner's Crescent #14 in Cape Fear Station, just a short walk to Captain Charlies or East Beach. You drive your golf cart across an enchanting bridge with large boardwalk deck area to access this home. This lovely home offers a reverse floor plan with two bedrooms in the main house and a crofter. Situated under 300 year old magnificent Live Oak Trees, the house sits off the street and is very private, yet close to the main community and park.

A large open living room, kitchen and half bath are located upstairs. Lofted ceilings up to 15 feet. A large open kitchen with hard surface counter tops, GE Stainless Appliances and all the cooking essentials compliment the large kitchen. Fireplace. And a nice sunny deck off the living room is perfect for soaking up some sun or having evening cocktails! The first floor offers a master suite with queen bed and full bath. The Guest Room/Kids Room offers two twin beds and a day bed. Both bedrooms open onto a large screened porch and outdoor seating area that is very private.

Adjacent to the main house is a large crofter with queen bed, full bath and balcony. The home sleeps 8 people. Queen in Master Bedroom, Queen in Crofter, Kids Room offers 2 twin beds and a day bed with trundle (sleeps 4 in kids room)

The home comes with a TWO 4 passenger golf carts, Access to the Bald Head Island Club - no golf access, Outdoor Shower, Gas Grill and a Shoals Membership is available at an extra fee. Outdoor Ping Pong Table on enclosed screened porch is a great activity on a rainy day!

We do not maintain or advertise bicycles at the home, you may rent bikes at Riverside Adventure or Coastal Urge on the Island.

A BHI Club Membership, no golf access is included in the weekly peak Summer price.
