The Sea Gift is a beautiful oceanfront second row home and is available for your summer vacation. This is the first year on the rental program! Enjoy great ocean views from the 2nd floor deck, a perfect place to have morning coffee or the evening cocktail! Sunbathe, relax or take in the ocean vistas. The open reverse floor plan allows the entire family to gather in the great room and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen with corian counters and ample space makes even a chef feel at home. Relax in the comfy sea grass chairs in the living room, a perfect place to read a novel. You will be sure to come back to this home year after year.

Enjoy the spacious and luxurious Master bedroom with king size bed and french doors that open onto the first floor deck. The master bath includes a full tiled walk-in shower and large jacuzzi tub.

Each of the guest rooms offer their own private bath. The guest room downstairs has two twin beds and a bunk bed that sleeps a total of 4 and opens onto their own porch. The 2nd guest room on the first floor opens onto its own balcony and has a private bath with a queen bed. Upstairs there is a second guest room with a queen bed and shares a full bath with the main living level.

A six passenger golf cart AND a four passenger cart is included with this rental. This home is equipped with an elevator, for handicapped accessible persons, but it is left locked during normal visits. You must notify us in advance to have it unlocked.
