If you love Harbour Village and the close walking proximity to stores, Eb & Flo's, The River Pilot, the beach and ferry, you will love the location of the Sea Horse Cottage. The views are breathtaking from the expansive waterfront porches. Enjoy the screened in porch and hammock on the 1st floor or sunbathe and relax overlooking the waterviews on the 2nd floor. Your kids will love the bunk room that sleeps 2 in the loft. It has the best views in the house from the top bunk. Enjoy reading your book or watching an evening thunderstorm from the wrap around 360 degree windows and views.

The Master Bedroom is located conveniently on the 1st floor and offers a king size bed and screened porch accessed through French doors. The Master bath features a full tiled shower, marble counters and ample space.

The guest room on the 1st floor offers a queen size bed, water views and private bath along with access to a screened porch. Your children or guests will love watching their favorite movies on the flat screen TV.

This home also allows a small well behaved pet 30 pounds and under. A fenced yard is especially helpful and convenient. A $250 non refundable extra fee does apply. Pet must be up to date on all medication and not allowed on any furniture. They must be crate trained and crated if left unaccompanied in the house.

Awesome views. Gorgeous home. We are incredibly picky, and this house is so well done, we enjoyed our time here. Rod & Matt are great to work with, we needed a hair dryer and it was delivered 10 minutes later. Can't wait to return next year. We loved this home! -- The Smith's
