Reservation Service

Our knowledgeable and accommodating reservationists will aid you in selecting the perfect Bald Head Island vacation home for you and your family or friends.

Guest Arrival

Bald Head Island Rentals offers valet parking for our guests during the Summer Season (June 8th through August 11th). All of our guests also receive a personal on-island greeting from our friendly hospitality staff soon after arriving at their lovely vacation homes.

Concierge Services

Our concierge services at Bald Head Island Rentals are available from 9 AM until 5 PM to make any reservations you may need, from dinner reservations to chartered fishing times. If you fax us your grocery list, we can also arrange for them to be neatly placed at your rental home before you arrive.

Housekeeping

Our wonderful housekeeping staff at Bald Head Island Rentals provides you with all your linens, save beach towels. A daily freshen-up or turndown service is available for an additional fee.

Guest Departure

During the Summer and Value Summer Seasons, Bald Head Island Rentals will make reservations for you to be picked up and taken to the ferry landing from your vacation home. During the Summer Season (June 8th through August 11th), our valet staff will have your car waiting for you upon your return to the mainland.
