Nestled in the center of the island just minutes away from the beach, dining, golf, pool or just take a stroll, this newly renovated cottage provides all the amenities you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Inside this welcoming home you will enjoy a large open conventional floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining area. All new furniture and appliances throughout the home. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils if preparing delicious meals is in your plans.
Master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king size bed, large walk-in closet and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs hosts a comfortable sun room as well as 3 bedrooms with queen beds, one shared full bath and one half bath in bedroom one. The sun room is furnished with a fold out sleeper couch, a small desk for your laptop and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. Outside on the upper deck you will find two Adirondack chairs to enjoy while reading or just relaxing.

On the outside of this charming cottage you will enjoy a two sided covered porch with rocking chairs, a porch swing and a table for dining or game playing. Perfect place to relax if the weather isn't cooperating.

This home does not guarantee condition of bikes. Bikes and beach umbrellas can be rented from Riverside Adventure or Coastal Urge. Beach chairs are provided. Beach towels are provided, if used, please launder and replace.
