Description

Casa De Lux is a brand new, oceanfront, private beach access, five bedroom luxury property. Just released for rental bookings for 2023. This gorgeous new home has some of the very best ocean views on the island. Direct oceanfront location, with private beach walk, outdoor shower, 5 decks from the 1st floor and 2nd floor bedrooms. All offer dramatic South Beach views.

The open, airy floor plan will accommodate a family of 12 easily. A large eat-in kitchen with large granite center island accommodates 6 and dining table for 6 more. All stainless steel Jenn Air appliances, and grey and white granite counter tops with ship lapped walls offer a wonderful coastal designed escape. The living room flows from the kitchen with electric fireplace, and souring ceilings. A L-shape sectional with accent chairs will complete this area, perfect for family gatherings. A smart 65" TV completes this area.

Also on the first floor level are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Each bedroom offers a Queen Bed and 1-2 private balconies overlooking the ocean. They share a full bath with tub in the hallway. A half bath in the hallway services the main floor.

The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is located at the top of the stairs, with a King bed and private bath with tiled shower and edgeless glass doors. The views from the Master bedroom are awe inspiring. Watch sunrises from the private East facing balcony, or sunsets from the West facing balcony. Across the hall is the 4th guest room with a Queen bed and private balcony. Down the hall is the kids favorite bunk room. There are 2 sets of built in bunk beds, each with a double mattress. Each bunk offers a ship light, and USB charging station for devices. To complete the bunk room, there is a 55" smart TV. The top bunks offer stunning ocean views from atop their perch, overlooking the Oak Island lighthouse and South West Ocean views.

Come for the views and beach access but get your best sleep ever during the stay as the Master bedroom is appointed with the future of sleep technology featuring the Eight Sleep bed. Sleep deeper and wake up refreshed with dual zone custom temp control for each side, advanced sleep tracking with sleep insights ready upon wake up, and health insights with daily health reports and HRV monitoring.
The ground floor offers main entry with laundry room, large room for ping pong playing and storage.
This home is available as pet friendly for 1 dog with conditions, pet fee is $500/week.

The house offers a BHI Lifestyle club memberships and Shoals Club Membership, reservations and payments must be made to the BHI Club directly, and conditional on their policies and timelines. Please call them at 910.457.7300

We had a wonderful stay the week of June 17! The direct beach access was great, especially with sharing beach time with extended family staying across the street. It was such a breeze to get back and forth from the house to the beach. The house decor was beautiful yet cozy, well air conditioned, and great kitchen/laundry appliances. We also loved sitting at the high top chairs in the evening while enjoying the sunset. Can’t wait to come back!

The property, management, and owners could not have been better. The home is situated in an idyllic location on the island with direct access to our favorite beach on BHI. The layout allowed for 3 families to stay with extreme comfort, cook large family meals, and celebrate together. The bunk room is amazing for kids and they loved their space. The kitchen is stocked for all of your culinary adventures. Truly one of the best rental homes we have stayed in all of our travels.

Audrey was very responsive and accommodating. Everyone was very happy with the house. We rented the tent package from Coastal Urge which was a very good idea because we had a perfect week weather wise. Bald Head was a new experience for us and once we got acclimated it was a perfect blend of relaxation and fun in the surf. We look forward to returning.

It was a beautiful home in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the home and its views. <br/>It was helpful having 3 golf carts but the older golf cart really needs a rearview mirror. It was much slower than the other carts so you needed to keep an eye out to make sure other carts could pass you but without the mirrors it was difficult.<br/><br/>The tram and ferry process has become much more challenging since we were on the island last time. I wished your rental agreements had spelled out that you were not making the reservations and that it was our responsibility. Other rental agencies we have used on the island automatically made the reservation. So we were scrambling a month out and had to do some shuttling on the day of departure.
