Pack Shack, located on the 17th hole of the BHI Club's George Cobb golf
course, is perfect for a large family vacation or lots of friends enjoying a
holiday together. Watch the kids while swaying
on the porch swing.

The beach, just a few minutes walk, can be seen from the
decks as well. Plus, whether you want to sit in the shade or the sun, the Pack
Shack has the perfect spot for you to relax! If a fun-filled day at the beach is your pleasure, rinse off the kids and beach
toys in the private outdoor hot and cold shower. Then, as you head in, throw
towels and suits in the downstairs washer and dryer.

The ground floor features a very private King suite with its own sitting area, a full bath, a pool-
table room and an entertainment/sitting space with a flat screen TV.

Upstairs, you'll find three more suites, all with their own full baths, a second
laundry area and a den with a flat screen. The first bedroom on this level is
another Master suite with a King bed, private sitting area, access to the porch
and a tile and marble spa-like bathroom. The second, decorated in nautical
style, is furnished with two sets of built-in bunk beds (each with its own flat
screen TV), a sitting space with a sectional couch and plenty of floor space for
the kids to play. The third bedroom offers another King bed and a cozy sitting
nook.

The home's top floor houses the living area, dining space and kitchen. Here,
the open-floor concept with high ceilings and hardwood floors, provides a
large, bright space for family to gather round the decorative fireplace or get
together for a movie. Windows surround the dining table that comfortably
seats eight. There are places for four more at the adjacent granite breakfast
bar. But if alfresco dining is your preference, don't miss enjoying meals at the
table on the partially covered deck. There is also a built-in gas grill for
fast, tasty food prep. The home's kitchen features stainless appliances, a wine
cooler and two dishwashers. Finally, a third King Master suite with an
indulgent spa-like bath and a private sitting area completes this floor.

Everything you need for a great vacation-including wireless internet, a movie
library, all linens, board games, a stereo with surround-sound, an infant pack-
n-play, a high chair, a booster seat and some baby-proofing safety gear is
available with this home. Other amenities include the use of two golf carts (a
four-passenger as well as a six-passenger).

BHI Club with golf access and Shoals Club are available at an additional fee if wanted. Please contact club and pay them directly if wanted.
