This lovely 4 bedroom / 3 full bath home sits perfectly framed under the enchanting live oak trees on the golf course green of hole #3. A large vaulted living room with seating for 8 offers soaring ceilings and a massive floor to ceiling oyster shell fireplace with 60" smart tv that creates the perfect gathering space. This open floor design creates one large living room, dining room and kitchen. Off the kitchen is a screened porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the velvet Summer breeze. The house setting is very lush and tropical with many palm trees and your own hammock.

The first floor offers two guest bedrooms. One has a King Bed with a 58" smart TV and private bath, and the other bedroom has a King bed. Between these two bedrooms there is a full bath that is shared with the main level.

The second floor offers a large Master suite, overlooking the golf course, live oak trees and palm trees. The master offers a King bed, large smart TV, soaking tub and shower. Off the master is a private porch with sun chairs. Also located on the 2nd floor and just down the hall, is the 4th bedroom, it offers a 40" smart TV and a twin with trundle.

This home features 2 four passenger golf carts. Outdoor shower. A BHI Lifestyle membership is available, but it is NOT included in the advertised price. A Shoals Club is NOT available.

Bikes are not maintained by BHIR, therefore we recommend renting from Riverside Adventure Co., or Coastal Urge.

We stayed in this house at the end of August and had a great stay! The main part of the house is freshly renovated. Beautiful kitchen and plentiful dining and living seating. The bathrooms were all very newly renovated and beds were comfortable. It was a great layout for my older parents and us with two kids - two master King rooms with en suite baths and a room for kids on the main floor. Golf carts were nice and we enjoyed the central location and golf course view!<br/><br/>Only note on the house that are constructive is that the outdoor area is still not renovated so the deck areas and sun porch could use some work. The deck off the master upstairs had some moldy cushions and we didn’t use it. The outdoor shower was not usable and we just ended up hosing off in the back with a garden hose. Lastly, the fourth bedroom upstairs with the trundle bed was not great. It was a really tiny room and the trundle was very tough to roll out. Our kids had originally planned to sleep up there but it was not functional and the room gets very warm. Could be a great extra room with a fan and a better bed. <br/><br/>Overall though, I would definitely stay here again!! Great house and everything went smoothly.

The fresh decor, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds/bedding, and family-friendly open floor plan, gorgeous tropical views from glass windows/doors along the back of the house, being on a golf-course green, great privacy from any neighbors, proximity to everything you’d want to do—it was all just so excellent. One thing to know is the 4th bedroom (twin trundle) is extremely small and the A/C isn’t effective so the 2 kids in that room got poor sleep. The few areas for improvement are there were no curtains/blinds on the windows (presumably will be done to finish the reno) the screened porch wasn’t cleaned (but it is the beach after all), and the sliding glass doors are old/hard to open (probably saving for reno part 2). All in all, highly recommend this lovely, fantastic home.
